About
Hello, I’m Tatiana
When I was 16 and trying to find solutions for depression, I found Yoga. I originally saw it as a way to become physically strong, but quickly learned yoga made my body, mind, and soul strong, and brought me back to a healthy mental state.
In 2013 I became a certified 300 hour yoga instructor. I began teaching group classes with Wounded Warrior Project in 2018 and quickly found that traditional group class structures did not always serve the needs of these veterans. I knew this had to be true for many other people looking for wellness solutions, and began my journey into Yoga Therapy training to bring more personalized solutions to clients.
I lead yoga with the belief that strength -in all aspects of life- comes from understanding. I work to observe & explore the body & mind through breath, meditation, and mindfulness to gain true understanding of the world we inhabit.
